Abstract Submission Guidelines
The Scientific Subcommittee invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation at the 50th Annual General and Scientific Meeting of WACP.
All submissions must strictly adhere to content and formatting requirements to ensure standardization and facilitate a rigorous peer-review process.
Conference Theme
Submissions aligned with the theme are strongly encouraged, particularly those highlighting innovation, clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, policy relevance, and strategies for strengthening health systems across West Africa.

General Requirements
- Original work not previously published in peer-reviewed journals
- Previously presented work must be declared
- Presenting author must be registered
- Clear, professional English required

Clinical Audit / Quality Improvement: Title – Background – Standards – Methods – Results – Conclusion
Case Reports: Title – Background – Case Presentation – Management/Outcome – Learning Points

- Title: Maximum 20 words
- Word Limit: 300 words
- Times New Roman, 12pt, single spacing
- No tables, figures, or references
- 3–5 keywords required
- Ethical approval & consent must be stated
- Presentation preference: Oral or Poster
